Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms before using thynkOS.

Agreement

These terms apply to the thynkOS website and television service on thynkOS. Last updated with notice version 2026-10-03. By using the account, a device, or this website, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

The account

A vendor may create the account so the television service can be activated. On the website, the customer is asked to accept the privacy notice before continuing. Keep the sign-in email and password private. A temporary password, when one is issued, is sent by email and is not shown on the screen if that email fails.

Devices and subscriptions

Playback, activation, and support depend on the device registered to the account and on an active plan. Invoices record the account email and the billed amounts. The vendor can suspend a device or an account that is inactive, unpaid, or misused.

Kids profiles

A kids profile stores a display name and content limits, not a contact address. Consent is recorded only when a parent confirms it. Creating the profile without that confirmation does not count as consent.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service for the account and devices assigned to you.
  • Do not attempt to access another vendor's customers, devices, or invoices.
  • Do not upload a program file or other disallowed file to a signage screen.
  • Do not interfere with the service, a device, or another customer's account.

Content

Screen content, logos, and messages supplied by thynkOS remain that operator's content. thynkOS supplies the portal used to run the service. A public signage display shows the screen that was published for it.

Availability

The service can be interrupted for maintenance, a failed device, or a payment hold. These terms do not promise a particular certification or an uninterrupted broadcast.

Your data

The privacy policy describes what is stored, how long analytics are kept, and how to download or erase your data from the customer home page. Erase removes that customer's account and the device and finance rows linked only to that customer.
